No - we want to reward you, NOT pressure you! The points you have earned are for you to use at your leisure.
Please contact us (via the website chat or by email at charismatic.fenix@gmail.com) and we will add your 100 birthday points manually.
Nope! It is only meant to track the points that you earned from your first in person purchase. Once you have created your account and sent us a photo of that card, we will add your points manually and you no longer need to keep the card.
When you shop with us again in-person, just let us know that you're a rewards member - we will be able to find your account by email.
Yes! When you place a custom order, you will be provided with a custom listing, which you can add to your cart and then checkout normally. During checkout, you can choose to redeem your rewards.
Yes! During checkout, let us know that you're a rewards member - we will find your account and adjust your point balance accordingly.
