The process:

Complete the form below - this will give us the details of your custom design. If we have any questions, we will contact you. Once we receive the information, we will begin pricing, which will include cost of labor, materials, and shipping. We will inform you of the pricing and estimated processing time (this may include time for materials to ship). This gives you the opportunity to alter your design, if desired. Once everything is approved by you, we will create a custom listing for you to purchase. Once payment is received, we will begin processing your order.

Custom Orders are not eligible for returns or refunds - once you have paid, you cannot cancel your custom order.
